Note: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CleanEx regarding your use of the App and services.
1. Services
CleanEx provides a platform that connects users with professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Laundry and dry cleaning services
- Shoe cleaning
- Home and kitchen cleaning
Service availability may vary depending on:
- Your geographical location
- Current demand and capacity
- Service provider availability
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of CleanEx services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking
- Make timely payments using the approved payment methods
- Be available at the agreed-upon time and location for service delivery
- Ensure items for cleaning are properly prepared and packaged
- Not submit any hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items for cleaning
3. Payments & Refunds
a. Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking or service confirmation
- We accept various payment methods including mobile money, and other local payment options
- Prices are inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise specified
b. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued if CleanEx is unable to deliver the booked service
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of service failure
- No refunds will be given for change of mind after service has commenced
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 2-4 business days
4. Limitations of Liability
CleanEx shall not be liable for:
- Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Transportation disruptions
- Government actions
- Utility failures
- Pre-existing damage or wear to items submitted for cleaning
- Damage resulting from:
- Improper packaging by the customer
- Inherent fabric weaknesses or defects
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Loss or damage to items not properly declared or recorded
5. Account Termination
CleanEx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- You misuse the platform or services
- You violate these Terms & Conditions
- You harass or abuse our staff or service providers
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
- We will notify users through the App or via email for significant changes
- Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
